Search for AirAsia Flight 8501 victims, debris continues
On December 28, Indonesia AirAsia Flight 8501 crashed; the plane was carrying 162 passengers and crew. At least 30 have since been confirmed dead, with the number likely to grow as search operations continue.

Kinder Morgan ordered off Burnaby Mountain
Kinder Morgan sought to extend the injunction keeping protesters off of their Burnaby Mountain drilling sites on November 27. BC Supreme Court ruled that instead, Kinder Morgan was to leave Burnaby Mountain by December 1, and all those previously charged with âcivil contemptâ would be exempt.
